We had a leak in the freezer of our Refrigerator. Appliance Werks came out. Was able to determine the problem. He had to order a part which meant a second visit. He came back promptly, repaired the fridge and charged a fair price. The initial visit fee was applied to the cost of the repair. Would positively use them again.

Great company! I hired them to fix the dryer at my rental property (my sister is the tenant). They were extremely polite, on time and were able to fix the dryer on the initial visit for a very reasonable cost. They also ensured the exhaust vent was properly secured and cleaned up completely behind the dryer before they left. My sister was very pleased with their work and their professionalism. I would highly recommend them again if the need ever arises.

Appliance Werks did an excellent job. 2 other appliance repair companies that looked at my stove were useless. Not only did Appliance Werks and their technician Paul find the problem, they fixed it within the promised time frame. My oven had failed on my dual fuel range. The control board had to be sent out for a rebuild since the part is no longer available and it was done in the promised time. Appliance Werks is definitely on my list for any future appliance repairs. I would recommend them highly.

I had a time window of 2 hours for Paul to come. It was between 1 - 3:00. He was here at 1:00 introduced himself and went right to work on my refrigerator. He already knew what hew as looking for because of the detail gave the office when I called to make the appointment. He explained everything the good the bad and the ugly. He gave us prices for all the options we could choose. Adding that whatever we choose the 75$ service call fee would be deducted from the price of repairs. He also gave us a 90 day guarantee for the prices he quoted if we chose an of the options he gave us. Ultimately we chose to buy a new refrigerator, however Paul said the guarantee still stands if we change our mind. My husband even agreed with PAIL and said he was an honest person. That's saying a lot because my husband is in the same type of work, a mechanic and a problem solver. I would definitely call again.
